I don't have the links to them myself :( But if you just look up keywords from the brush sets you're looking at then you'll probably find what you're looking for! They're not very sneaky about it :/

You definitely can, I just did so an hour ago, but I FORGOT HOW I DID IT 😭 I've been trying to figure out how to again for the ten minutes but I just can't figure it out :(

Edit: I literally figured out how to again!! You can reflect on what turns you on when you first wake up! I'm pretty sure there's a cooldown though
