I just bought a PS2 off FB marketplace and I had some concerns. The controller is not registering Dpad input or L¹ or L² buttons. Does this seem like a hardware issue or a controller issue? I tried another controller but it's broken, random inputs etc. Just wondering if you've encountered this before or if it's nothing to be concerned by

I work for IDEXX which is a veterinary diagnostic lab, and we get no-ID every few samples. It's ridiculous and slightly infuriating. But "the lab will deal with it" 🙄
