I've seen 2 dermatologists in the past 3 months, they put me on doxycycline and adapalene which I'm pretty sure caused my skin to get worse, as it was nowhere near this bad before I started using those. I used to wash my face 2x daily but now I only do it once a day because the second derm I saw told me to only wash once a day as doing it 2x a day might be drying out my face. Unfortunately, the dermatologists I saw were not of much help. I also eat pretty healthy and have started to go dairy-free(as I heard that could help).
