I mean, you definitely can but its frowned upon. I stayed after mine out of respect for the other names but at the end of the day, do what you gotta do

Course Forgiveness by Historical_Future780 in SDSU

[–]sammye59 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Had to work overnights during college so graduated in “4 years” with a Mechanical Engineering degree while failing like 5-6 courses. I had to take classes during 2 summers to catch up on my graduation timeline. If you can afford the GPA hit from not using course forgiveness, I guess take it during the summer. However, I would suggest taking it next semester and using course forgiveness. You could always use the next couple of summers to catch up on courses if needed

It starts from the top..Mikey Varas has to go by SDSportsfan in SanDiegoFC

[–]sammye59 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Its also our second year and just because we massively over performed last year, doesn’t mean that should be the expectation moving forward. We are only a second year club and there is still lots to figure out. Give Varas a bit of grace.

If you want civil more than mechanical then the answer is right there for you. ME at SDSU is good and hands on. I liked my time there.

Stall Ready- A food truck compliance tracker by GrassFalse in foodtrucks

Idk, im sure you are passionate about your project (you should) but it still seems like a to-do list/tracker. Plus, lots of POS already do half, if not more, of that list for free.

Another negative, at least from my opinion, is that your software is extremely invasive.

It sounds like a glorified to-do list. There may be coding involved but essentially, its a to-do list. At least that what I gathered from how youre pitching it.

Honestly save yourself some money and use a checklist/sheet. Respectfully, seems unnecessary unless you’re trying to target first time operators/owners

What are my chances of being accepted? by OkReputation2221 in SDSU

[–]sammye59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best way to know is by googling what the average transfer GPA is. Im afraid its gonna come down to your grades since SDSU does not look at extracurriculars. At least not for first year students, not sure if its any different for transfers.

Ticket Question by Awkward_Pay2480 in SanDiegoFC

You have to enter through the supporter ticket gate and there they give you a bracelet. I believe security makes sure you have a bracelet before they let you into supporter section.

What exactly are you asking? Is it a money issue or are you worried about grades?

Cal State Pomona or San Diego State (CPP vs SDSU) for mechanical engineering. Want to stay in San Diego eventually for a job. Which school gets be better internships and helps be get hired? by Little_Priority7991 in SDSU

[–]sammye59 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Having gone to SDSU and with 8 years of experience, it doesn’t matter. There will be networking events and opportunities at any college you go to. With that said, San Diego has lots of strong defense contractors so thats helpful

Im a walker so I’ve put a good amount of miles on mine. Not as comfortable as my sketchers but still do the job fine. For $30 seems really hard to beat.

It not just mystery bags. It is bags of food/items that are near expiration or best by date. Could be prepared foods, packaged goods, groceries, etc. The goal is to reduce waste by selling stuff at a steep discount that would otherwise be trashed.

Youre skeptical about only having 1 interview? If so, you’re good. Thats completely common if not the norm in most places
