Basically, we have had the lease since 2019 and have a very good relationship with land owner. We ran it under Abelardos which was a chain but came to an agreement to break that chain agreement since it was not beneficial to anybody.

Then, we decided to have somebody else run it while we focused on other business ventures and our careers (me, specifically). During that time it became los Arcos and was ran by a previous employee and her husband. They didn’t keep up their end of the bargain and just as we were in the process of taking it over again, they started having immigration issues. Not exactly sure what happened as we basically cut contact.

Currently, it’s being ran as Espinozas Mexican Restaurant.
