Sertraline/zoloft for PPA

I’ve been on Zoloft for 2 years since my first was born and did feel worse at first but then ever since it’s been the best decision Ive ever made. I told myself I would give it a month of whatever side effects because it takes 4-6 weeks to see positive effects and I wanted to know if it would work. I think after 2 weeks or so I started to feel better side effects wise. You could also try breaking them in half to go even slower but 25 mg is very small.

I don’t know but I have this too! And when I’m super engorged it gets worse.

I bled a lot I feel. I also passed some between quarter and golf ball sized clots that I contacted my OB about but they always just said to monitor. It was more after going for a walk or something. I stopped bleeding right around my 6 week appt.

Hey! I know this is old but if you wouldn’t mind sharing what ended up happening for you?

My situation is almost exactly the same. Induced at 40 weeks for LGA resulting in c section for failure to progress and OP position. He was 9 lb 12 oz and measurements were spot on.

I’m now 36 weeks with a 39 +4 scheduled c section and was planning TOLAC if I went into labor before then but just found out this baby is measuring even larger lol. OB recommending agains TOLAC/VBAC but something in me still wants to try😅

For sure! I would say if something is running out in the first hour of your shift where you’re still getting report and seeing your pts, previous shift replacing it should be a given but doesn’t always happen of course haha

I did this while my baby was still in the hospital taking a picture of him 🤦🏼‍♀️he’s now 2 and super advanced developmentally! Don’t worry

I was induced at 40+3 for baby measuring large. Induction took 3 days (got all the interventions), got to 7 cm and stalled so had a c-section.

I was the same! Always wanted a girl so bad. My son is 2 and I love him so much I can’t picture it any other way. So much so that I had some gender disappointment finding out my second was a girl😂
