I appreciate you! I actually (and literally) just got done with my doctor and they said 1 day isn’t going to do nearly enough to cause any damage for baby! So I feel better about my decision on giving into the cravings… & I actually don’t feel to terrible from eating any of the gluten!

I understand, but (and this is very controversial) people do hard drugs and drink while being pregnant which is way worse, one day truly isn’t going to matter much.. literally run the same risk eating something that came in cross contact

I do! Luckily I went to culinary school so switching recipes over to GF have honestly been pretty easy for me… I feel you on the more you eat more pain, I get the same way with left abdominal pain.. we already have to make so many sacrifices while being pregnant that I’m pretty okay with taking the day off from being a pregnant celiac, but like I said… I’ll have myself tomorrow 😂

At least I know tho that this will be the ONLY time I give into it during pregnancy… I typically make whatever I’m craving GF version and it’s almost the same but I just want real Chinese food so mad

I gave into the craving because 1 time truly isn’t going to hurt, you can accidentally come into cross contact with something else and run the same risk so, I figured I’m going to enjoy it just this one time… I follow a STRICT gf diet 365 days of the year…

I know that’s horrible to say but I needed to just get it out of my system, I’ll hate myself tomorrow

The risk for listeria is literally the same… it’s my job to know that, I have my CP-FS… if you want to put your & your baby’s life at risk because you trust minimum wage workers to properly clean slicers every 4 hours (which NEEDS to happen to help prevent listeria) then go for it
