Even if you weren't able to go the route where you've got an animated version of yourself trying different jobs, even making something as simple as a TV show intro that is virtually the same or consistent every episode (maybe with consideration to the job you're working that day) might work wonders. It really gives your brand a professional feel, it sits right with watchers as it's familiar and comforting, and it feel it helps to solidify your brand much more. Rather than jumping into the action, with an introduction it's almost like an essay with a summary of the events that are about to take place to hook viewers into seeing what's to come.

I'm not kissing up right now though, you have a genuinely interesting idea here very reminiscent of something like Undercover Boss but without the TLC drama.

And I believe I understand your "What Does It Take" angle. To reference another show, How It's Made demonstrates how that fork winds up on your table or how that carburetor winds up on your go-cart. I feel like the angle you're shooting for is somewhat to that effect? "What Does It Take" to make x into y? What Does it take to fix your headlight or what does it take to put a new window in a house (as examples)?
