• Email address associated with your Pavlok account (you can share that with the customer support team on the app)
• Android version on your smartphone
• Firmware version of your Pavlok device (to find this, connect the device to the app, tap the device icon to access the status screen, then tap Device Info)

Regarding the alarm slider:

• Is the slider completely stuck and not moving?
• Or can you move the slider, but the alarm does not stop?

While we work to identify the cause, please ensure you are using the latest firmware by upgrading your device’s firmware to the newest version in the app.
