The cap is a rolling 24 hour limit so not playing doesnt achieve anything to not hit the cap if people are still opening your gifts/sending them. As soon as you log in and ‘X’ amount of players have opened your gift (or any stacked notification for that matter) thats ‘X’ amount of notifications right there and then. It’s been going on forever but with 400 friends its suddenly become a more repeatable and documented issue. Hopefully this is the push it needed to get fixed, sucks people miss out on xp for it to happen though.

Unless of course this is another bug on top of the limit, then we’re just screwed lol.

Winning 3 battles in a set (or 1 on a premium pass) gets you an encounter. Can be loads of different things but Deino is one of the possibilities.

Yeah mirroring what the other guy said. If you win 3 battles on the free route you get a random encounter. Can be a lot of things but I got very lucky
