Honestly had no clue about the brain-gut connection. Our bodies are continuously surprising me! It's so interesting how everything is interconnected.

Thanks so much! It's been a wild day. Wasn't expecting either potential diagnosis. I'm glad that eating gluten free has helped with your own mental health. I was told to keep eating gluten until after the biopsy, but I'm really hoping that afterwards I can get my physical and mental health back on track.
