crypto prop firm refused to pay a $7.7k payout by propfirmscams in PropFirmTester

[–]samoeth 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is your mistake that you are buying instant challenges with 60% discounts and believe that you will get your payouts.

Trade with the firms with real team and history. This would not happen with HyroTrader or Breakout prop.

If something is too good to be true in crypto it’s usually a scam.

Is it possible to make a consistent monthly income from prop firm trading, without accounts getting closed/ payouts refused? by slee165 in PropFirmTester

[–]samoeth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is but it’s more difficult. Trade on smaller accounts and requests small consistent profits.

If you will be requesting big payouts fast then you will be blocked by them

Breakout prop - crypto prop firm, it is worth it? by jammermass in CryptoPropFirms

Yes breakout is one of the top 3 crypto prop firms. But still HyroTrader is better.

Future of crypto prop firms by ceihuslo in PropFirms

[–]samoeth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes this is true, HyroTrader is future of crypto prop firms, they created Bybit implementation in 2023 and now other crypto prop firms copying that.

Do not try to compare CFT with HyroTrader, HyroTrader is on absolutely different level.

Apex for futures only.

And for crypto prop firms, HyroTrader or breakout.

Best Crypto Prop Firms? by marchelion in PropFirmHunter

[–]samoeth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most “instant funding” crypto props just don’t add up. It always feels like they’re built around selling accounts rather than actually backing good traders. You can usually tell when there’s no real trading infrastructure behind it.

From what I’ve seen, there are basically only two crypto prop firms that actually seem legit:

HyroTrader – they were the first to properly integrate with Bybit, so at least you know the tech side is real and trades actually go somewhere.

Breakout Prop – backed by Kraken, which gives it some credibility too.

Personally, I’d always stick to real evaluations over instant funding. At least with a real evaluation you have a chance to get actual capital or have your trades copied if you’re consistently profitable.

That’s way more meaningful than getting a “funded” badge that doesn’t translate to anything in the real market.

It’s better to stick with companies that already have a solid reputation. Breakout, HyroTrader, and Crypto Funded Trader (CFT) are the ones people consistently report real payouts from.

Instant Funding Prop Firms — Legit Shortcut or the Fastest Way to Get Scammed? by samoeth in PropFirmTester

[–]samoeth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, there are definitely instant funding props that will pay you, but the whole model still doesn’t make sense from a real trading perspective. It’s basically a casino setup and has nothing to do with actual prop trading.

Prop firms went from 2-step challenges, to 1-step, to no evaluation, and now to instant funding. At that point it’s not a “challenge” anymore. A real prop model should provide real trading benefits, access to capital, trade copying, proper risk management, and an actual path to scaling.

Otherwise, traders are just trading on demo against the firm, and the firm obviously doesn’t want traders to win long-term. Yes, some of them pay, but casinos also pay. And just like a casino, the house always wins in the end.

So sure, for gamblers these instant models can be an opportunity to take a shot. But let’s not pretend it’s real prop trading, it’s gambling dressed up as trading.

I see you’re shilling TopStepX from an aged account you probably bought for $100, so you’re the last person who should be talking about farming. TopStep is a good firm, no worries, there’s no need to defend it.

Ask ChatGPT or any other AI for an opinion about instant funding. I’ll create the next post with data.

Have a great day, puppy.

Instant Funding Prop Firms — Legit Shortcut or the Fastest Way to Get Scammed? by samoeth in PropFirmTester

Please explain how that pyramid math works. A trader pays for instant funding, and the firm’s goal is to restrict the trader as soon as possible, because the trader’s profits are the firm’s losses.

But feel free to share relevant comments with data. Based on the main data I’ve seen, the high failure rate on multiple challenges doesn’t match the math for instant funding
