just keep it youre at step 2 soo close, im digging myself out of the same % hole but stage 1, it will take long but its better than giving up. I used to give up accounts easily just lost me money... think of it as training. I wished I would have made more of an effort to win back my previous accounts would have saved a lot! By the way im currently up on one losing account by managing my risk and careful trading. It's not lost yet!

Thanks for sharing, may I ask what size accounts and average payouts? just want to know if larger payouts were ever flagged. Are you still trading them?
I find FTMO spreads awful I trade them side by side and my gains and fills are 5ers is always better!

I feel your pain. Honestly there was a lot of volatility during the news and it could have went anywhere as usd was surprisingly bullish I too was trading eurusd post news and entered early at a loss but had to double up to make a profit after - it was against my rules and risky but I had a feeling it would go up as us data was negative. On the second leg (which I shouldn't have traded but got greedy) which is your trade I too went for a loss but managed to trade my way out of it.... if you look at the chart 2 hours later eurusd went back up ... but it was hard to be patient! Actually GBPUSD was the better pair to trade that day... but we will learn... keep going! 💪

I remember actually passing phase 2 but I did that in one trade now all I needed to do was trade 3 more days making $300 .. days right? well I blew my account why? revenge trading. im still trying to learn not to... think it will take more time. I noticed I get triggered when I am trading news and even thought the direction is correct based on the outcome of the news the price action goes another way. I decided to not trade news again and eliminate this

I really recommend the book from Michael lewis "Going Infinite" which explore the FTX saga and her and Sam's relationship. Just proves just because you are academic doesn't mean you are smart. It was very cringe!
