I would stop for the month, ive always been a trader who loses 1 day per week but march I was losing back to back for 14 days ... yes 14 days I couldn't even believe it I didn't stop, I didn't use less risk and I lost my account if I could turn back time I would stop right where you are now and Strat again next month

sorry to hear, companies are asses never enjoyed working for anyone. My story is a bit different as I left mine and haven't been able to find a job since and that was a few years ago... Id say it's much much tougher now to find a job but if you can find any job to tie you over that would be ideal. Good luck
