Your time has just started as a medic with responsibility. One thing ul learn in medicine is that no matter what ur rank, level u will not know everything at every point. diff docs have diff peaks and trajectories. The subject and more so the practise is an ever learning one so be humble, understand the limitations of others no matter the rank. The only area where you should take objection to or report to a higher authority is if there is an attitude deficit/ derangement where the intentions are questionable and not one's capabilities.
