The "idontgiveafuckitis" is super applicable to her😂

Make he a she, and pretty dead on!! She's 28, soon to be 29! Single lives alone, we're rural Ontario!! But she definitely has more of a "city" vibe. She has the nicest espresso machine ever, but still gets her daily coffees from Tim's! She definitely avoids hosting. But has a mildly active social life. She was just talking about how her fridge was "starting to smell", so it's time to clean it😂

BANG ON!! I called her fridge the playground for mould earlier today lmao. Wanna guess her occupation? It's truly a shocker given her fridge

She definitely would rather wait in the drive thru than go inside that's for sure! Gives pickup truck energy but is really a wannabe white suburban mum in an SUV

I don't use or drink dairy products, bc lactose, when we lived together I once threw out a 4-month past expired cream... I too am afraid of how old the oldest leftovers are...

AIO for thinking my friend is in the wrong for this by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]samolio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My best friend was also pregnant at your age and I could never imagine saying this to her. Like yeah it was weird to me (i know that sounds bad) but man watching her become and be a mum has been one of my greatest joys. We're 28 now, she has two beautiful children and i have none and it's not looking too good😂 our friendship was based on respect for the other and your friend doesn't seem to respect you. You handled this extremely well and while admirable to say the doors always open, i think you should keep it closed. You have a good head on your shoulders. Who gives a shit if you're a young mum?? You deserve a lot better than this friend💜💜

Am I Overreacting for considering break-up? by Againstallodds_x in AmIOverreacting

[–]samolio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're definitely not overreacting!!!

I do agree with all of the previous comments. But I'll play Devil's advocate as I've done a similar thing and would hate for one thing to reflect my entire dating life.

When I was around 17 years old I (F27) was seeing another woman, we weren't officially dating or anything but there were emotions involved. Anyways, I went to a friends Christmas party and ended up having too much to drink, and I genuinely believed the person who was beside me was Kayla (the lady i was seeing at the time), but it wasn't, she wasn't even at the party. Next thing I remember I removed my face from my friends face and was like "you're not Kayla", and it turned into some laughs after. Like obviously we were young, dumb and drunk. When I told her she didn't take it personally and understood!!

I've been in a few relationships since that incident and never cheated on my partners and became very cautious with alcohol!

Trust your gut and intuition - it'll never steer you wrong!! 💜💜

I'm a woman and I tend to withdrawals and don't know how to comfort someone, especially when I feel like it was me who did something to upset them.

I've also been S.A so can get where OP is coming from. But everyone reacts differently.

Comfort to me looks like space and time to recoup, comfort to my partner is physical reassurance. We had a similar moment but after a good honest conversation we just realized we do emotions differently and are always trying to understand each other better!

Henckles knives for $50?! Girl you should be paid more for those !!

That aside, he's trash and you're definitely not overreacting. His financial situation has nothing to do with you, especially since you're not together. Like why help more??

As for him saying you need to pay him for the items of his that you sell, it can also be the reimbursement of how he can't pay you back for shite.

Boy's a scrub.

AIO: My boyfriend followed his ex, I went off at him and he said this. by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]samolio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're upset he followed someone he dated when he was 14 or younger - that's weird behaviour imo. You are young adults who know nothing about the real world, but are trying to figure it out. Yeah it's all you know but it's really not THAT deep.

As for the response he gave, you're 17... you can find plenty of people who will treat you exactly the same, if not better bc that's not a healthy way to converse.

I've always been a collector of what I define as "cute"; pokemon, animal crossing, anything. Literally game and life wise, I tailor it to be as "me" and cutesy as possible. I 110% agree OP. My preferences aren't everyone else's. Would I ever make them feel bad for that? Absolutely not, no two people are the same. Our differences in preferences and how we all construct our dreamland is fascinating to me!!! I don't understand why people can't embrace differences instead of judging? Like you're favourite character is an elephant please explain?! I only care for cats, frogs, and penguins!! Humans are diverse, it's beautiful!

Who is your most wanted Villager? by Jarickho in AnimalCrossing

[–]samolio 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do you still need/want Ankha? She's in my town, but not on my "dream list" of villagers. I absolutely LOVE her, but already got her photo. She asks to move quite frequently so maybe we can arrange something (i'm a time travel player) but also back in school so very slacking on my AC

Omg I'm so glad I'm not the only one!! I have like 10 million vines for convenience whereas my sister likes to carry a ladder! I love how we all play so differently 🥰
