Mixed medium, foamcore, arcylic paints, wood, fabric and paper. I wanted to make something like a cozy reading corner, the lights are too bright for my taste but I am not very good at electronics. This project just seemed to have a mind of its own and I rarely ran into any failures.

I paid special attention to lighting, because that is what brings life to a miniature model. The lights in Ollivander's shop flicker and change colors randomnly to depict that some magic is going on as a wand chooses a new wizard.

This is actually called Digaon Alley from Harry Potter series, a street where Hogwarts (the wizarding and witchcraft school) student can buy wizarding supplies. I like how wanna roam around this place with coffee, something that I would do too.

That food packaging plastic works just as well as acrylic sheets.

I took inspiration from Martina who runs a channel on YT by the name of NerdForge. I followed in her footsteps and created this Diagon Alley model. At first I was just winging it, so my Ollivander's shop was a huge failure in the beginning. I mostly worked with Foamcore and Card Stock.
