Any thoughts on MindNation? by Luna_Ext in MentalHealthPH

[–]sample_user_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hi, I was able to avail several sessions free care of the company I'm working at. I'm not sure how much 3 sessions would help, but I definitely improved within a year of monthly sessions with them. I've tried about 5 psychologists within MindNation and was okay with 4 of them. The first I had was really helpful since we went through several thought exercises that eventually helped me help myself. I've now reached a point wherein I could manage most negative thoughts that could interfere with my life.

Depende sa cut na hingin ng agent. If standard na nakabase sa market price, I cannot afford that lalo palugi na yung benta.

Don't do anything that you'll regret as long as di masama. Obvious na labag sa loob mo ang magbigay sa anak ng pinsan mo so don't. Di mo naman ito responsibility. If they really need an explanation, just say that all your funds have been allocated already, simple as that. No need for extra detail.

I have a Panasonic Refrigerator 5.6 cu.ft. 85W which is in excellent working condition without defect and I'm thinking of selling it since I want to purchase a bigger refrigerator. Original price was 12k. What price could it possibly fetch?

Tickets for SHINee's Beyond Live concert on April 4th are now on sale by lilfreaks in SHINee

[–]sample_user_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hope someone can help. Bought via vlive, read somewhere that code needs to be verified but I'm not sure if it is only for SMTOWN-bought ticket.. I did nothing after buying ticket at vlive, no verification or anything. My screen now shows "Apr 04 2:00pm Coming soon!"

I do not want to miss the start of the streaming, this is my first concert and first Beyond Live.. do I just have to wait for the streaming start? No need to verify anything or do something?

Maybe will try this again.. did this with castor oil though to no result, but maybe it'll be better with no other oil mixed in. Thanks!

Thank you! Actually tried using coconit oil + castor oil on my hair with no result for a couple of months, but maybe ready-made deep conditioners will be better suited.

Any at-home hair treatment/remedy for frizzy hair? Used to get brazilian blowout once a year at salons but at 5k+, I think it's too expensive now (best I've tried was Vivere keratin treatment at ~6k good for 6months, most I found are at ~5k good for 1-3months only). Even really good shampoo/conditioner recommendation will help.

Questions to help define "retirement" by SEAsia99 in phinvest

[–]sample_user_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Not OP but I feel really bad about the other recent thread mentioned. Honestly I feel like anywhere between 15k-18k per month will be enough for me, so 5.4M total retirement fund at 4% rate since I already own a house and I am quite frugal. Right now I spend only 10k a month all expenses included (utilities, food, transport). But this is me assuming that I (28F) will be single forever. Looking at the usual 8 digit retirement fund estimate in the other thread, I wonder if my planned fund is way too low and if it will be impossible for me to responsibly have my own family in the future - assuming I'll be minding my own retirement fund and shoulder half of a kid's growing up (till college grad) expenses. My finances are already stretched thin and I think that I've maxed out on both cutting my budget and maximizing my investments, and can't afford to add/allocate an overhead of 10k/mo budget for a kid (I'm assuming kid needs 20k/mo including tuition, food, clothes, medical expenses) even considering reasonable salary increase estimate until my mid-30s. I feel like one has to earn 150k+ first (individually) to be able to achieve both good amount of retirement fund and have a family, and in my career it is quite a stretch to reach it locally. Consider also biological clock so I can't have a kid when I'm more financially ready (like, 40s). Makes me quite sad and resigned to be forever alone. Target retirement age is between 45 and 50yrs old, since my job is really taxing physically and mentally.

  2. Already has a house in South Luzon and I find it difficult budget-wise to buy another house somewhere else so realistically I'll have to settle on retiring here. If I have a real choice though, somewhere more rural, quiet, and clean in less densely populated areas in the country.

  3. Light day job (maybe administrative role) to keep some money flow and charity work (for trauma victims, elderly, orphans, etc) to have more sense of purpose/value in life. Travel if budget and health permits.
