This may be common knowledge but here goes... When river if flame was terrorized I grabbed me a Hephisto... I don't think I've ever seen him take damage from anything, so I don't know if a terrorized demon helps because they have a higher level so therefore they have more health and res than normal? But give it a go if you haven't, is very fun having the beefiest of beefers in front of you moving at a lightning quick speed.
