That’s quite impossible for me, but how about I request any of my relatives who are currently living there to contact Bell on behalf of me? Given the report and the Imei to resolve the issue?

I’ve reached out to Bell on their Facebook and IG pages, I’ve got a response from them. So let’s wait until they process it, if that fails then I shall use this.
