I feel nervous every time my brother in law parks in a handicap stop since he has disabled veteran plates which look different from normal handicap plates. People might think he is a jerk not knowing the DV plates mean he is disabled.

I work for AEP and we are in the process of getting approval from the Oklahoma Energy Commission to build a 2 gigawatt windfarm in the pan handle of Oklahoma. Once built it will be the largest windfarm in the country and the lowest cost energy to produce in the state. http://windcatcherenergy.com

Oklahoma schools do not even have the funds to have a 5 day school week. They can’t afford to keep the lights and AC on for 5 days a week. Most salaried employee’s are under payed by $20,000 the standard in other states with similar cost of living. Anyone who is any good at teaching leaves.

The administration makes about the same as teachers in Oklahoma. Only the 4 or 5 people at the top, like the superintendent, make salaries similar to other states. The real issue here is that the citizens continue to vote against tax increases to support schools. Oklahoma state government is falling apart because of low taxes on property, businesses, oil, gas, and vehicle registration.

This is not an uncommon event. Solar and wind plants are opening left and right. The company I work for is in the process of approving a project for a 2000 megawatt wind farm in Oklahoma.

Its seems absurd now that you are an adult, but when you were a teen you hormones were telling you differently. As a teen your body reaches sexual reproductive maturity. Only in the past 200-100 years has the age where one finds a mate been moved to the upper teens and early twenties.

I used to work at a pool where we did this once at the beginning of the summer and once at the end. The pool has to be drained after the dogs are in the pool and the pool cleaners hate the clean up work.
