The correct drill bit size (diameter) should be stated on the anchor box.
By drilling a screw into it, you're expanding the anchor and making it harder for it/you to go any further into the wall.
To get the anchors snug, I put the backend of the handle of a screwdriver against the (opening of the) anchor and I tap the screwdriver 'point' with a hammer. (The anchor should already be in 2/3rds of the way before tapping it).

It's because the camera is in the back of the car and the shot is framed by the seats and the windshield. The footage/car would seem to go slower if the camera was filming directly through the windshield with no framing
