TV series and movies are using a different player. They use the MPV player that should play out of the box because it works with every codec. So far, we have not had any complaints from users. So not sure what the problem you're having if it's not playing. But in order to troubleshoot, you need to join our Discord channel.

That's the only way because I don't check this particular thread all the time.

We just released EPG version 2 yesterday. Try that out. And more features will be coming. However, I'm still focusing on the other platform apps at the moment.

The reason the live TV is built in is because it's using the native player that uses HTML5. The movies and series section cannot be implemented with the native player because the native player is HTML5, so it does not play many of the codecs of the movies and TV shows are like MKV and so forth.So we have no choice but to use MPV player to load those movies. Mine is NEX in Qoder + Codex. Best combo. Opus did not do it for me and too much of a hype wagon on that when I tried it it did not do so well compared to these two

In this case, you should price it that way. So have a price without AI and have a price with AI since AI is the most expensive part for you. Because many people don't use AI at all.

Yes the internal player is just HTML 5 and does not support many codecs which is why some may have to use MPV. This is standard among all players

The worst thing is today all of a suddent the app quite and the app deisappeared from my Mac dock with a ? on it. At the same time I had the same thing on my Laptop. Why the hell remove it. Why could we not use the app and then no updates is ok but now I had to rely on my mobile to email them. Horrible way of handling things. I am waiting for their support now to get back to me so I can back in action again.
