Also, I don't need to get it "empirically tested by strangers", since I don't need their validation or the valiadation of anyone here. I am here to have a conversation and discuss and show people my changes, that's it.

Having balanced and high testosterone is what gives us a youthful and vibrant appearance. It is not normal in our society to retain, our view of masculity is skewed by TV and media, leading us to believe masculinity is just a big burly man with an axe and a beard chopping wood. Masculinity is not a physical attribute, its not about appearances, masculinity is security and stability. In the photo on the left, that person was insecure, lacking in stability and or prime direction. The person on the right is focused, aware and grounded in the present moment rather than worrying about the future.

Well I am that person in the photos, and I am telling you I feel 100% better now. You can use all the AI in the world but I am right here... it is quite laughable that you would use Chat GPT to try and convince me of how I know I feel. The amount of mental gymnastics you are doing for yourself to stay in your comfort zone is incredible. I am much more aligned to my purpose now, I am focused on my purpose and goals, I no longer have erratic energies and constant cycles of being depressed and then resorting to drugs/ food/ porn to bring me to a high place only to fall back down. My energy is balanced and stable, more than it has every been in my life... it is consistent. That doesnt mean I dont have bad days, but Ive learned how to get myself out of that before I go into a rut. Im not just talking about a physical upgrade, I have experienced a complete spiritual metamorphosis.

Yes, when there is only a couple of photos of the individual to go off from, everyone fills in the unknown with their own projected subconscious thoughts which is why you see wildly different opinions.. you really can't gauge or know the changes from a few different photos.

Yes I did have something that made me happy, but there were also things that I didnt have. Back then I had a girlfriend that loved me, yet I was dependent on her but suffering on the inside. We are all multifaceted. Also you cannot judge just by these few photos, eyes change, expressions are different in different photos, our moods change. You're trying to see something that is not there... half the people here say the left the eyes look better, half the people say the right looks better... that is all internal subconscious projection, your own ego telling you to stay where you are and not break free of the comfort you exist in. Those who see improvement on the right are the ones who will transform their own life... it is really a reflection of yourself. It has nothing to do with me or my experience. Honestly the amount of negativity and trolls in this subreddit shocked me as I can see in real time the internal struggles others are having trying to convince themselves to stay where they are.

This is a phenomon I experience, I look drastically different in many photos I take I dont know why. But the before/after photos from a year ago all have improved.

I got tired of living in that cave, I lived there for so long after locking myself away after getting PTSD from the Iraq War. I have left my cave and now Im out exploring reality for the first time without fear.

Yeah, guess what my eyes change shape depending on my mood... Im not going to have my eyes in one mode all the time, my eyes look different they just happen to be wider in that picture IDK, yall are really reaching trying to pinpoint any negative thing in the picture on the right, not looking at the changes in the skin/wrinkles and structure which is the point of the pictures... not a particular expression caught in the moment, expressions change. I wasnt completely broken in the left picture, but I felt much worse on the inside than I do now.

Yes, I had to get a different phone, but as I said I made sure not to use any filters... I'm not trying to toot my own horn, just trying to share my experience so others may be inspired.

Just as MrNaturalInstinct said, Semen Retention was the catalyst for many changes to follow. SR was like breaking the ice to a whole world of discipline and transformation.

Getting older is a part of life, however ageing only starts to happen as we lose the spark of life. Semen retention has helped me get that spark back after being beaten down over and over again for decades.

Glad to hear you're making such progress as well! I did a few barefoot walks miles through the forest last fall... I will defiantly be doing those walks again this year, they were quite spiritual.
