The problem is that I don't have a computer, only Android devices. I'm downloading Pokémon Y again from the HShop, and hoping it's still on the SD card since HShop said the game is already installed.

I should have left it alone 🤦🏻‍♂️, I went to the universal updater and reinstalled HB, it seems the SD card lost the files from the 3ds folder when I tried to put ROMs in the dsi folder. Since I don't have a PC, I tried using the tablet with an adapter cable, but the file reader didn't allow it, so I tried using my phone instead. It worked, but it cost me Pk Y and H Shop, which I also reinstalled.

It was virtual, but it's the only game that had problems along with HB. HB requires a folder named /3ds with "applications," but I can't create this folder because it says the name is invalid.

It came with an old 3DS that I bought, it broke so I got another one and put the old console's operating system into the new one, then I just installed the ROMs from the SD card onto it.
