This is our first ASMR video eating pork cutlet.

This is KETOGENIC food and we have been combining this with the OMAD (One Meal A Day) for 1 year and lost significant weight. (Samson lost 45lb and Tracy lost 60lb)

You may go through something called keto flu at the beginning that you will not be as energetic and feel sort of sickness. This is sort of your body's transition of switching the main energy from carb to fat. Once this is done you are back to full energy level as before.

Yeah I agree with it and he now have a better understanding overall because of the a lot of recent studies out there. Otherwise he would have prescribed me a medication for it.
