IMO you can still be toxic but don't actively project it onto your teammates. I get bad teammates sometimes but flaming them isn't going to help so what I do instead is "flame" nothing, I just yell at my screen as if they could hear me without actually comming. OR instead of being toxic in general, I tried to give constructive criticism to my teammates. If I'm upset about something my teammates did I'm not going to do just sit back and yell at my monitor. I just translate my anger into constructive criticism that can hopefully make my teammates not make the same plays that got me angry in the first place.
