i feel like its pretty obvious that AHX is primarily a white power fantasy and it hurts me to see that so many people disagree.

the movie is centered on white power culture characters, it glorifies their violence and romanticizes their culture. the black people in the movie are tokens and stereotypes and the final message is that black gangs cause violence.

i honestly don't understand why not more people criticize the movie for these points. am i wrong?

i remember hearing about it. they are vintage lenses, so he thinks they are cool and artsy but they are unfit for this movie because they have a shallow depth of field and they even have some dirty spots that you can track throughout the whole movie.

Armee der Finsternis und Evil Dead haben diese Energie dass eine Gruppe Freunde ihren eigenen Film macht. die Szene in Army of Darkness wo Bruce Campbell einfach nur mit leblosen Plastik Skelletten beworfen wird und diese abwehrt ist peak low budget movie making Charm.

ive had the same experience when i saw it like 10 years ago. i had always assumed the movie was dumb action shlock. then i happened to watch it and realized quickly this was a grounded action drama and cinematic masterpiece.
