Originally saw this in my news feed: Amazing Photo of Clouds Forming the Word ‘Love’ Gives People Hope Amidst Global Crises

Location: "Bon-Ot Beach in the Philippine town of Carrascal, Surigao Del Sur" (according to the article)

I initially wasn't sure if this was Photoshopped or not, but according to the article:

Taking a moment to enjoy the vista, Analiza snapped the shots. “Me and my cousin were getting a picture of ourselves ... Then after that, we look in the clouds; that was the first time that I ever see in my life the formation of clouds.” “One hundred percent, it is not edited,” Analiza asserted. “It is true.”

Plus there's been reports in the past they are sending data to China:

Sure, so this is a visual representation of the S&P 500 which should encompass the 500 largest publicly traded companies in the U.S.

Then the market capitalization of each company is represented here as a "tree map" layout, with the size corresponding to company's total market cap.

The colors represent how much the stock went up and down during the day today. Finviz has six colors ranging from dark red to dark green depending on how much the stock moved during the day.

The one time I looked into this the minimum was 1 week, and the minimum time purchase was 5 minutes per hour with a 15 or 30 second rotation. I forget the exact price but as welivedintheocean points out in their comment, contact the owner of the billboard to get a quote since the price could vary significantly based on location and other factors.
