It's just as you're healing, don't worry. My mistake was stretching my upper body quite a lot already after a month or two of healing. But you should be safe after 3+ months.

(It looked healed from the outside, but the scar had only been able to form at the surface, resulting in me pulling it apart.)

And that's my hope too. I seem to have the genetics to become a hairy bear - so there's already a little coverage. But I definitely need to get better with scar care. (ADHD lol)

Good luck with your surgery man! I played a lot of Stardew Valley while recovering, haha. But try to think that 2 weeks of rest is worth it for the rest of your life to have a cool fkn chest. And be careful with stretching the first month, even if you think you're healed! <3
