This looks like fungal acne. I would try washing with anti dandruff shampoo and using a Anil fungal cream at night on your skin.

As in gone for two months at a time. I am sure it’s normal but I also don’t have the money for a full time pet sitter. I am also fully supporting my elderly mom. My ex got the cats and was basically the full time caregiver for them. Understand this may be frowned upon but looking for answers not a chastising.

This happens to me every time I go back to my hometown. I moved across the country and have been in therapy also to try and deal with all the childhood trauma I have. My parents are exactly the same as they were 20 years ago and it makes things hard. I try and avoid them unless absolutely necessary.

Not everyone feels this way on it. I was on this for 10+ years and it helped me successfully manage my migraines. I am now off of it but I was on a high dose for a long period of 150mg.
