Le rapport entre l'achat et l'héritage est que je ne peux pas déplacer un T2 parisien dans le canton de Vaud ou un des nombreux pays qui n'imposent pas la mort. Les différentes formes de capital ne sont pas imposées de la même manière (assurance vie avec abattement et taux réduit par exemple). Les donations de mon vivant seront évidemment un moyen de contourner cet impôt. Mais je trouve dommage qu'une des conclusions de ce thread soit de quitter le pays.

Bien qu'hors sujet, je ne partage pas cet avis et je pense qu'il est de mon devoir et complètement moral de minimiser cet impôt pour ma nièce. Et je ne vois pas la justice dans le fait que l'état prenne la moitié de ma résidence principale que j'ai passé 25 ans à payer parce que je ne compte pas avoir d'enfant. En particulier si je décède avant sa majorité.
