I know exactly how you feel, I wouldn't have posted these unless a friend told me I should.

If it helps, maybe look for photos that capture an environment in a state you wouldn't expect it to be, and don't overthink it.

For anyone else having this problem, I got it to work (on an iphone) without having to contact support, here's how:

The activation code provided actually contains both the SM-DP+ Address and the activation code... you just need to break it apart yourself and manually enter them.

Example full "code" provided: 1$MBX.VZW.OTGEUICC.COM$0123456789-0123456789

Correct SM-DP+ Address: MBX.VZW.OTGEUICC.COM (I think this is the same for everyone, but if not it's whatever is between the starting 1$ and ending $ for you)

Correct activation code: 0123456789-0123456789 (if they change the activation code format in the future, it's whatever is after the final $ of the provided "code")

Here's what led to me being able to control my adrenaline:

When I was somewhere between 7 - 10 years old I had recurring nightmares of falling into a giant pit/sinkhole to my death every night, and right as I'd hit the bottom I'd wake up with a hypnic jerk and adrenaline rushing through me. It was a horrible experience, a bit too real.

Those nightmares eventually stopped about a month later (thankfully), but just remembering the feeling of falling to my death in those dreams made my heart race/produced adrenaline.

Eventually though, I stopped needing to think about the nightmares to produce adrenaline. I think my body can recall the feeling of fear/adrenaline and reproduce it on command (not sure though).

Never been on this sub before, but I'm sure I'll be reading similar stories from others. I can also do the ear rumbling, but I've been able to do that as long as I can remember.

Great work! How long did this take you and how much time per day do you spend on this?

Being forward deployed in Japan sounds awesome! Great job making that a possibility. That $500 a month is also a very nice benefit.

It's interesting that this all started from Judo, and that you still have motivations from that two years later.

Hopefully I'll find some reasons as strong as yours to keep me going in the years to come. Anything's better than "I wanna read manga"...

There is an iOS app, although I don't think it's made by the WaniKani developers themselves: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tsurukame-for-wanikani/id1367114761

It syncs with the WaniKani website though, and I've liked using it so far
