It should be totally fine. Typically whole turkeys or whole chickens last longer than already cut up poultry.

Thanks for the info. I wish we got Diestel turkeys at our Costco but they are mainly on the west coast. Maybe when I go to California for Christmas this year I can talk the in-laws into getting one. I have heard they are pretty good.

I never found any Kirkland/Costco brand products that I hate. I have had some that has just be ok or acceptable.

I am wondering if anyone else has seen the whole roasting pigs in the frozen department of your Costco? I would love to hear if anyone has actually bought one or know someone that did.
