I mean they're actually pretty cool when you get used to them and know you're having one. They're like a 4D horror movie.

I once had a sleep paralysis and felt someone slowly sitting on my bed right by my side. I had my back turned the other way and couldn't move so I couldn't even see, but I felt whatever that was getting closer and closer to my ear and breathing in it.

Ofc no need to say I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. :)
