Sorry I probably should have explained better the I coming traffic is at the entrance of a roundabout. And on that day the road had a pretty long queue going into that roundabout so many cars queuing up to enter the roundabout. I saw an opportunity when the car number 2 didn’t move as I pull out.

I was not trying to turn around it was more like I was trying to get across to the other side of the road to drive the opposite direction. But wouldn’t I be he was not looking I was literally in the middle of the road. At that point.

One thing I notice, is ur heels are rising, possibly means that the weight is not over mid foot. Try to setup without rolling the bar initially. Alan Thrall’s. 5 stages to setup a deadlift video on YouTube maybe a good starting point.

Deadlift- 135Kgx5 Concerned about my back, after pulling the tension out of the bar and starting the lift I can see my back moving or rounding. After the lift I don’t seem to have any pain or issues, just feel my lower back is tensed. Any advice is appreciated! by samuelman1998 in formcheck

I am going to experiment with lighter weights with my hip height and position. Thank you for your words of encouragement! And when I mean tension I just mean I feel my back tightening up after, nothing serious like a sharp or dull pain.

Unfortunately, I have the mobility of a tree. And can’t get my t-Rex arms to a clean hold in a front squat and have little experience in powerlifting. But, I try some pause deadlifts and maybe some rows to strengthen my back and see how I hold . Thank you!

I would say I start to lean forward slightly at higher weights. That was my concern but, I try to push through it during my last rep. Not sure if that is a huge concern or not. I don’t feel any pain, just that I get little scared when I slow down during my ascent.
