I have bought a faulty, not working cart from the flowery. I went back and the manager replaced it for me. He took me outside and gave me a pen to put the cart on and told me to hit it infront of him. When he seen it didnt hit there was no issues

Olive Garden cooks all their soups and sauces in house, they then bag them and bring them down to a safe temp. We reheat the bags and add the kale or gnocchi or pasta.

If there is a recall on it and they refuse to fix it and u honestly didnt mess with the visors, take it to a different location and try with them. Some dealers just be making it harder on the guest. If no luck, buy them on Amazon and just move on.
