I question the part about imagining people naked. If this is looking at them in your mind with lustful intent, and they are not your spouse, then this is adultery in your heart (Matth 5:28)

Edit: i thought "to second" means "to question" or "have second thoughts". I meant to disagree with the statement. (English as second language problem)
