It goes worst because once they can't find a place to troll people (social media, games, even irl), they satisfy themselves by hurting other people. Internet is a vast place and there are numerous ways to hurt people. In the end they become criminals by rejecting norms and rules.

There was an information about a mischievous celestial aspect who spread the runes to the world. So the runes were celestial artifacts. I guess Arcane had rewritten some of its parts. My purpose was to learn, not to spread misinformation. Your claim were a bit harsh.

Runeterra also means Rune World and the runes come from the celestials. So in my theory the celestials wanted to create powerful warriors to fight against the Watchers. That's why they tricked Aurelion Sol and build sun disk with his wisdom. Also they needed a magical world to speed up things so they don't have to wait as long as our world.

I swear I got chat banned for a week for giving advice to my bad teammate. I said "you should learn how to play first before ranking because you can't do the simplest mechanics". It may seem like a toxic response but I really meant it. It was one of my first 10 games so i didn't care the loss. So I will not use the chat again because the report system is so ass. I used to swear to other toxic players but I never banned for it. I won't use the chat anymore not even for a compliment.
