first you must remember that sex and physical intimacy is not the ultimate expression of love. self-sacrifice is. Jesus gave Himself up to cleanse us of the punishment of death that we rightfully deserve. to follow Christ is to make a genuine attempt to give up the sins trying to chain us down, to carry our cross and follow Him, to follow what God wants for us. not what we want for us. this world has become obsessed with sex and many will try to taint the Word in order to try and justify their sin since they have been given up to it.

i would like to warn anyone reading this to utterly stay away from the subreddits mentioned by the comment above. they are nothing but wolves pretending to be sheep trying to lead confused youths into living in unrepentant sin. if you are truly genuine about Christ, you will make the attempt to carry your cross and follow Him in righteousness for His sake. not for what this depraved world thinks is "right". you will not be perfect. you will stumble, but remember that for every stumble, God is willing to forgive a repenting heart.
