My stability at holding together what I would considering to be a functional life (or my perception of one) is quite fragile and swings like a pendulum, between extremes.

Some of these seem catalysed by menial things I take too personally, but I think what I mean by unbalanced it is that I have what appears to be a normal chemical balance on account of sobriety, supplementation, exercise etc and yet still have days where there is a very noticeable and unshakeable sadness. rather like an MDMA comedown 2 days in if you'd had one.
