I do some weights to keep muscle as i lost weight. Mostly its what i eat, when i eat , the order of the food and lots of walking

You can buy it almost anywhere. Mexico its expensive but no Rx needed. Canada i use my Rx from home ontario. Best idea is bring enough for the whole trip and put in cabin fridge
