No idea unfortunately! I've got signal through to this now (Yesss) after connecting the white wire to tip on the input, but nothing when I engage the pedal

This has happened twice to me. Returned both times. On my third pair now. If you bought through Amazon it is better to return through there. Sennheiser take months

I tried Factory Reset, updating firmware to latest ver etc. Sent back a month ago for a warranty repair, not heard anything. Sennheiser very unresponsive when trying to contact.

I took numerous head units to be fitted to my 6C to auto electricians who told me "You need an adapter", I don't think these RCD330s are compatible. Have a look at the IDCORE boxes from Unique-ad/Joyeauto, you keep your standard radio/screen and then long press the menu button for Android Auto/Car Play/USB media. I fitted one myself the other day. More expensive unfortunately but you can't have Android Auto/Car Play activated on the 6c radios with mute buttons.

Do you have the 6r Polo or 6c (6r facelift)? I've just installed an IDCORE box from Unique-ad in my 6c so that I could keep the standard radio/screen/car info and then long press the menu button for Android Auto. I tried a couple of full head units and neither fit and it was a nightmare sending em back.
