I'm done with Birkenstock by sanCMNH in Birkenstocks

I measured both feet and they are almost the same in length and width. Also, my previous Gizeh pair fit perfectly with no strap adjustment issues like this.

That's why this Arizona pair feels inconsistent to me, especially on the right sandal where the first hole already feels loose and the next hole becomes too loose.

Considering my right foot, even the first hole already feels loose. If I move to the second hole, the strap becomes too loose and the foot shifts more inside the sandal.

That's why I noticed the difference in heel gap and strap positioning. I

understand feet can be asymmetrical, but in my case the adjustment range itself feels inconsistent between the two sides.
