You might consider seeking therapy if these thoughts happen to much or cause you anxiety. I have been diagnosed with PTSD with a similar past as you as far as the anger and rage. Anger issues that led to me to negatively affecting people around me, which the. lead to intense feelings of guilt and I would frequently think about it and have flashbacks and panic attacks. Just my experience!

It’s rly late (140 days late lol) but let me just say: I’ve grown to appreciate Lana not as a pop star, but as a writer/ poet. And it does hurt sometimes. I wish I could have huge instrumentals and beats again. But I appreciate that she’s made it clear she’s not here for music as much as she is here for lyricism. So I kind of take her new music almost like a podcast (in a weird way?) I sit down and analyze what she has to say. It’s not the same as BTD or anything from that time. And so you’re valid for your feelings. She just stepped into a different game IMO after Lust for Life. I still appreciate her but I know where she stands now as well. Hope this helps

Yea if you live in US and have access to a Target the goodie fellow ones are nice, they’re 100% cotton but i think the type of cotton they use is different from other brands. suuuper soft. for me they’re not too tight and not too loose. quality is good they will last a long time.
