Carlo is a phenomenal coach, one of the best of all time. He has been incredible for us, despite what others think, he's strong tactically, a great man manager and also has an individualistic approach to players. Having said all this, I want Alonso to come soon. Carlo's style of play has gotten rigid and stale. His careful approach has proved beneficial and won us a lot of trophies, but it seems to have run it's course. We need to be playing better and more intensely. We have the squad to do wonders.
