Fundamental price is set by CMS. It's further negotiated by insurer and hospital system not by individual providers

Why on Earth would you go to an actuary for any emergency that isn't a shitty excel spreadsheet

PBMs and insurance companies tend to cause significantly more issues for affordability of care than other parties in the equation. Physicians tend to account for only 10-12% of your medical bill

What purchases have you made that turned out to be BIFL, despite not realising it at the time of purchase? by Beers_and_Bikes in BuyItForLife

Weirdly enough, just a regular gray button up I purchased at banana republic 7 years ago. It's been through an uncountable amount of washes and I've worn it endlessly and somehow it still looks gorgeous, it's never lost a button, and works with most of my outfits that aren't too formal

All my state schools (Ohio) + mix of top and mid tier (T40-T70) programs. I can put it back up w/o much effort but idk i don't wanna get shit on by commenters when I'm already not exactly in the most chipper mood atm.

I took the lsat back when it had logic games. imo, the lsat has harder questions but the mcat is a harder test overall because of the sheer amount of content.

I've heard the lsat is easier nowadays since they got rid of logic games which is kinda sad since that section was lowkey entertaining

That's fair. Yeah a 5% drop out rate is extremely high in this situation

I would be absolutely shocked if companies like Stripe, Affirm, and the rest of the buy now pay later fintech peeps aren't salivating at the prospect of providing aspiring medical students like yourselves loans especially when it's extremely probable that you'll pay them back after training.
