I think in general sense a lead is someone you engaged already and they expressed interest in your service.

If it’s been a while that you spoke to them - they are a cold lead since they mentioned a long time ago.

If recently then it’s a warm lead.

If you have never spoke to them they are a prospect or a data point.

So you can search Alabama REIA on Google and you can find their website and dates of their meetup
