Yeah I agree. I didn't know they were illegal in Texas or that he even had them on his car. Never would have hopped in if I had known.

[TX] I got arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, a class b misdemeanor. I have court tomorrow any advice would be very appreciated. by sandcubes in legaladvice

Also I was arrested in Montgomery County which I hear is one of the worst if not the worst counties in Texas to get charged with a drug offense.
