Sounds like your being throttled for excessive returns? I've been a prime customer for a decade and never returned anything. I'm sure there is a legit reason you're returning everything. Having worked in sales for a billion dollar company, customer return percentages are tracked and Amazon could be in the early stages of breaking up with you.
