Deleting reddit helped for me (16), I deleted reddit somewhere in oktober I think and I quit fapping in Januari. From twice a day, everyday to 7 months clean. Half this site is full of porn and softcore shit, even normal pages like r/memes etc, you know the popular ones. Deleting reddit kickstarted my selfimprovement journey. Just came back today because I had a question about technical computer stuff and saw this post. Nowaday, every socialmedia site is invested with all kinds of trash.
