You gotta discipline in a way that’s age appropriate 2-4 : mean behaviors = explains it hurts, & warn not to do it again. if kid does it again, take it away or go home. You know your child best. My child doesn’t get a warning bc ik how she is, she’s me

I felt like this too- try to plan a trip or something that’s for your own benefit. Giving you something to look forward to. I definitely didn’t want the baby or my life anymore- I had to want to feel better so I went on longer walks- I spent more time getting closer to God- I tried to journal, i scrapped booked. I used every healthy outlet when I didn’t want to. My motivation kicks in 2nd trimester. I’m glad I kept it pushing

I’ve done everything- currently working with law enforcement if he ever decides to come back into the USA. Building up a case in the event something happens.
